Outguess Ethan Contest – 2012

THESIS THESIS THESIS THESIS

Oh hi there! Sorry, I keep forgetting this blog exists lately. Have no fear, it’s not like I’m off watching tons of exciting movies and forgetting to tell you about them. Unless you’re really into Soviet Westerns, I won’t bother you with everything I’ve been working on lately.

But this is a very important week. Yes, it’s Oscar week! Which means it’s time for this year’s Outguess Ethan contest. If you want to play along, here’s all you have to do: in the comment section of this post, list who you think will win in each of the 24 Academy Award categories. Check the Nominations page to refresh yourself on your options, and take note: I use a weighted ballot system, so not all categories are created equal. The point value for correctly predicting each category is also listed on the nominations page.

Come Sunday night, if you OUTGUESS ETHAN, congrats! You have just won one free DVD ($15 or less) of your choosing off Amazon. But remember, I take outguess literally – in the event of a tie, as we had last year, I STILL WIN. Deal with it. I’m cheap.

So I guess you’ve got to ask yourself one question, punks: “Do I feel lucky?” Well, do ya?
