The John Lennon biopic that put Aaron Johnson (you may have seen him last month as the star of Kick-Ass) on the map has finally secured U.S. distribution. Nowhere Boy scooped up a bunch of BAFTA (British Oscars) nominations, including Outstanding British Film, and Best Supporting Actress nods for both Kristin Scott Thomas and Anne-Marie Duff.

Released on October 8th.
